OUR STORY

The drive has always been to deliver really good flavors in a friendly environment. Fresh flavors that are true to the West Coast American food that Mike loves. It's about bringing a bit of his own food paradise into the paradise that is Colombia.

When we arrived in San Gil in 2010 we fell in love with the combination of stunning nature and high adrenaline activities. At a local market we saw the abundance of lush locally grown produce. We knew we had to combine the amazing ingredients we found here with Mike's passion for food. Gringo Mike's was born. 

We are casual dining, but with great punchy flavors. Making the most of local ingredients and Mike's creative flair. We have evolved from a counter service sandwich shop to two full sized restaurants offering both great ambiance and great taste. We are called 'Gringo Mikes' but today we are very much a team of international stars; Colombian and Gringos! We look forward to welcoming you.
